CLEVELAND, Ohio – The first full weekend of spring is this weekend in Northeast Ohio, and there are plenty of reasons to get out and enjoy it.
Whether you want to check out a concert, a plant show, a play or a weekend filled with home improvement tips, here are some events to consider for the next few days in Cleveland:

Midwest Cactus and Succulent Society show
Pick out a few hardy plants to take home, at this year’s Midwest Cactus and Succulent Society show, which takes over the Cleveland Botanical Garden on Saturday and Sunday. Admission to the plant sale comes with garden admission ($12-$16). Cash and checks are accepted for plant purchases.

NARI Home Improvement Show
Head to the Huntington Convention Center for one of the biggest home improvement shows of the year. This year marks the 40th annual NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) Home Improvement Show. D.C. Carnes release show
To celebrate what would have been Robert Lockwood Jr.’s 107th birthday, collaborator D.C. Carnes will headline a show at the Beachland Ballroom on Sunday, March 27. Carnes also has a new album to promote, “Delta Crossroads: Vol. II,” through Fishhead Records. Austin Walkin’ Cane will open the show. Tickets $15-$20.

Brother’s Lounge concerts
The Brother’s Lounge has reopened after two years of closure due to the pandemic, and it will host two concerts this weekend. Tricky Dick & The Cover-Ups will host a dance party on Friday night, and the following day, Detroit’s Fifty Amp Fuse will headline. Tickets $10+.

UMA Easter Bazaar
Hundreds of Ukrainian Easter eggs called pysanky will be available to purchase at the Ukrainian Museum-Archives’ annual Easter Bazaar this year, and attendees can also buy supplies to create their own egg designs in the traditional art form. Along with the bazaar, an ostrich egg pysanka will be raffled, with proceeds benefiting the Ukrainian Relief Fund.

“Pretty Woman: The Musical”

Disney’s “High School Musical” at Beck Center for the Performing Arts
