SFA Gardens’ November speaker to go over backyard garden layout, dynamic landscapes

NACOGDOCHES, Texas — Stephen F. Austin State University’s SFA Gardens will host the regular Theresa and Les Reeves Lecture Series at 7 p.m. Nov. 9 in the Brundrett Conservation Instruction Constructing at the Pineywoods Native Plant Middle.
 
Megan Proska, senior director of horticulture at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Yard, will present “Garden Structure: Generating a Dynamic Landscape.”
 
Proska has been with the Dallas Arboretum because September 2014 and assumed her current job in July 2023. She is dependable for coming up with displays and plantings as properly as protecting the backyard garden aesthetic.
